The ticket itself measures 14cm in length, x 7cm in width and 0.3cm in depth, making it the ideal size to slip inside a card. It also acts as a lovely keepsake of the event/gift experience. A gold gift box is included with every ticket.
The main image on the listing features a frosted acrylic ticket with a rose gold chrome vinyl design. You can also choose from gold, silver or pearly pink and a variety of vinyl colours. Personalise the wording to your requirements.

Returns
As this item is personalised, returns are not accepted.
Refunds/Replacement
Refunds/replacements for personalised items are only given should it unfortunately get damaged in transit. We cannot issue refunds/replacements for items that have been personlised with an error in the details provided from the customer.
Once we receive your item/photos of item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item/photo of item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders with blank items only in 2-3 days. If your order contains personalised items, please allow upto 7-10 days for your items to be dispatched.
Shipping
All our items are packed with the most appropriate sized packaging to keep the items inside as safe as possible. We use a variety of packing materials, and sometimes reuse packing boxes to reduce waste.
Couriers
Shipping is usually sent via Evri (used to be Hermes) and will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
