Deposit

Before placing an order, you will be sent a cost estimate. Once approved, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Please ensure you allow a minimum of 3 weeks for the completion of your order as all items are hand crafted.

Balance

Final balance is required when order is ready to be sent out to recipient.

Delivery

Cost of delivery is subject to items ordered, and will be included in the cost estimate. All deliveries will require a signature.
